Support
Adecco Group NA Corporate
The Adecco Group NA organizing team will provide general, overall support services across the entire country during the entire event. This will include coordination with local offices to provide locally based support services and also will serve as a backup resource to address any issues that come up on the road that we can’t easily handle.
Individual Participant Registration and Communications
The Adecco Group NA organizing team will be responsible for registering every participant and keeping the registration information of all participants current. They will also be responsible for all direct participant communications and orientation before the event, including answering any specific questions from participants themselves.
Coordination of Local Services and Interactions
The Adecco Group NA organizing team will be responsible for coordinating with the local Adecco Group offices to provide any optional services on a local level, such as coordinating local training rides before the event or special assistance in running the ride itself.
Media Coverage and Public Relations
All local media outreach should be coordinated through the Adecco Group NA PR team. Please reach out to Alicia Buksar if you would like to promote this event with your local press or other organizations.
Local Adecco Group Offices
Individual Adecco Group offices will be our source of local support on a daily basis and will allow us to be more responsive to the individual needs of the participants. By helping support the trip at a local level, each office can make the experience more special and enjoyable for everyone involved and also promote unity within their staff at a practical level.
During the event itself, we will coordinate directly with the local offices to implement any specific special services or request any assistance as necessary.
Roles of Local Adecco Group Offices
Starting, Stopping, and Rest Stop Locations
We have selected cities that have the most Adecco Group offices in the area to ensure that the services we need to have at each location will be available.
We will use an Adecco Group office location as our “main” office in each city where we will start and/or end our events when possible. The main office location will also function as a rest stop at both the start and end of the ride.
Cheering Offices
When a Adecco Group office is too close to another one to serve as a rest stop location, such as if it is only a mile away from another rest stop, then the office will be designated as a “Cheering Office”. When the riders approach the office, we encourage everyone in that office to come out and cheer the riders as they pass by.
Shipments
We need to designate a specific local office in each market as the mail drop location for any necessary shipments for the event. For example, we will be providing t-shirts for the event and may need to forward signage or other supplies.
Before the Event
Before the event, all local Adecco Group offices in each market will have the opportunity to share their local knowledge, feedback, and proposed route and plans with the Adecco Group organizing team.
